Question: Do you believe you are sinful?

Question: Do you believe you will be punished for your sin?

Question: Do you believe you will get a second chance?

Question: Do you believe in God?
Answer: Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. (James 2:19, KJV)
Question: Do you believe in Jesus' death and resurection?
Answer: For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: (I Corinthians 15:3-4, KJV)
Question: Do you believe you can get to heaven without Jesus?
Answer: Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6, KJV)
Question: Do you believe you can get to heaven with Jesus?
Answer: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. (Romans 10:9, KJV)

Dear Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross for my sins and that you rose again on the 3rd day. I know that I am sinful and I ask you to forgive me of my sins, to save my soul, and to be my Lord and Savior. Amen.
